Teacher

Greg teaches singing and choral conducting.

Since 2019, Greg has worked as tutor to the postgraduate choral conducting students at the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama, assisting in developing their use of gesture and technique and how to lead efficient and effective rehearsals.

Students receive weekly one-to-one lessons with Greg, alongside guided workshops rehearsing their peers in the vocal department.

As singing teacher at Wellington College (since 2012) and Christchurch Cathedral School, Oxford (since 2013), Greg teaches individual lessons to young singers aged 8-18. The variety provides huge inspiration to his teaching and feeds into his work with choirs too.

He works closely with Worcester College, Oxford; delivering regular workshops for the chapel choir, providing vocal tuition to undergraduate students and helping produce their four most recent recordings.

Greg received a teaching diploma (LRAM) with distinction from the Royal Academy of Music in 2010. Several of his students have received distinctions in Grade 8 singing examinations.
